Scaffold tube should be made to EN39 and be galvanised steel. They should have a diameter of 48.3mm and a 3.2mm - 4.0mm wall thickness. Tubes should appear straight visually and not deviate by more than 15mm in any 3m length. This is where the tube has been used as a means of hitting another object.
