  • SDB = SUB DISTRIBUTION BOARD. This is a subsidiary from MDB that distribute electricity to a selected section of a building. FDB = FINAL DISTRIBUTION BOARD. This is a DB that received from the SDB and supply to the final switches that connect electrical devices and appliances.
It is comprised of a free-standing enclosure, a bus bar system, metering, supporting equipments and appropriate current transformers. Panels are then assembled in a systematic manner such as incoming and outgoing section.
